Having worked with Royale Construction (Southern) Ltd on various projects over the years, from New Build Developments through Hotel Infrastructure Projects at Heathrow Airport and most recently, on the English Heritage Accredited Stabilization and Refurbishment to a Row of 8 Grade 2* listed houses in Portsmouth Dockyard, which has been carried out and finished beautifully under intense pressure to a strict budget and tight programme. Buildtech has always come through with flying colours and turned in an excellent finished product with a proactive approach and a good team behind them.

We employed Royale Construction (Southern) Ltd to carry out a full renovation on our listed cottage in Lovedean. They managed the whole project, including liaising with Building Control and working closely with English Heritage surveyors to ensure the works were done to the highest of standards whilst repairing the original features with care and finesse.
